For safety and hygiene reasons, all sales are final and our products cannot be returned once the order has been processed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cupoverfloweth.co@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and assist you.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for replacement or resolution.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
